Quaint cabin serving up great coffee and breakfast items. Nice place to stop at on the way to visit Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The burrito breakfast was awesome! Also had the avocado toast and that was great too!

We went to another place looking for breakfast at around 11:40 am but they had already switched over to their lunch menu so we stopped here and ordered a house latte and a specialty oat milk version of their "Lumber Ridge Latte" with maple syrup, butter and cinnamon. Also tried their breakfast burrito, avocado toast and a piece of apple spice cake. Everything was delicious, and we even found some Townsend souvenirs!
I was here two days in a row because I forgot my sunglasses here BUT I was glad I did, because then I had an excuse to go back. I got different house specialty lattes both times I was there (and I'd get both of them again), and I got the avocado toast, which was some of the best avocado toast I've ever had. They didn't skimp on the avocado or the seasoning or the bacon (which was bacon bits, but not like the stale bacon bits; they were hot, crispy, juicy bacon bits). The baristas were welcoming and helpful and the ambience was very pleasant; it reminded me of woodsy summer camp retreat coffee shop type place. I also bought a cute, super soft sweatshirt there, and my friend bought a well-made wooden Christmas tree ornament.
We live in Knoxville but are in Townsend often and they are killing it with their coffee , I wish they had a location here but that's what makes it special. The Stars Hollow is great iced or hot in the fall but I especially like blueberry or blackberry in my coffee , which is hard to find and they have both! I crave the coffee, it's so good!
